Terms of Service

By using Virasat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Virasat is a personal wealth tracking and analysis platform. It helps you organise and understand your financial holdings. It is NOT a:

• SEBI-registered investment advisor
• Stock broker or trading platform
• Mutual fund distributor
• Bank or NBFC

All AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions.

• You must be 18 years or older to use Virasat
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You must provide accurate information

• You own all financial data you add to Virasat
• You grant Virasat a limited licence to process your data to provide the service
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time
• When using My Vault (Google Drive backup), you authorise Virasat to read and write to a specific backup folder in your Google Drive. Virasat cannot access any other Google Drive content.

You choose your data vault when you sign up — either Virasat Vault (managed by us on AWS Mumbai) or My Vault (additionally backed up to your Google Drive). You can change your vault choice via Settings at any time. Both modes store your data within India.

Virasat integrates with the following third-party services. By using these features, you agree to the respective service's terms:

• Broker OAuth (Angel One, Zerodha, Upstox): read-only access to holdings data only
• Razorpay: subscription payment processing. You agree to Razorpay's terms when subscribing to a paid plan.
• Twilio: WhatsApp message delivery, if you connect your WhatsApp number
• Google: OAuth login and optional Google Drive backup (My Vault)

• When you connect a broker, you authorise Virasat to access your holdings data using the credentials you provide
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide
• Virasat will never execute trades or transactions on your behalf

You must not:

• Use Virasat for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Share your account credentials
• Use the platform to harm others

Virasat is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated insights. Always consult a qualified financial advisor.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
